Dopo 268 giorni di coma è morto questa mattina Berkin Elvan, giovane di 14 anni colpito alla testa da un lacrimogeno durante la rivolta di Gezi Park. In Turchia si rinfiammano le proteste contro il governo e la violenza di stato.

Berkin non era un manifestante; era soltanto sceso in strada per comprare del pane. E’ rimasto in coma per 268 giorni, combattendo infezioni e febbre alta. Quando e’ morto, alle sette di questa mattina, pesava ormai soltanto 16 kg. In questo momento la polizia sta attaccando l’ospedale dove e’ rimasto ricoverato tutti questi mesi e un manifestante e’ stato appena colpito alla testa. Come Berkin. E come Berkin, ha perso conoscenza. Alla famiglia di Berkin non e’ stato concesso neanche il diritto di piangere il proprio figlio. Questa è la polizia in Turchia.
